Role Summary:

In this role of Manufacturing Specialist, you will:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be a key part of the Bently Nevada Repair Center's team

  • Play an essential role in coordinating products being returned to the repair center, and certain customer and Bently Nevada field personnel product issues

  • Play a key team role in prioritizing and coordinating the returns of shipped product for credit (payment back to the customer),modification, upgrading, Metrology certification, repair, failure analysis, and replacement part Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution

  • Minimum 1 year experience with Bently Nevada Product line

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experienceEligibility Requirements:

  • Work 2nd shift

  • Work around approved chemicals

  • Work overtime, as required

  • Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, as required

  • Exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, as required

  • Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, as required
