Role Summary:
This role is working in PCBA board test on 2nd shift.
Essential Responsibilities:
In the role of Technician I, you will:
Focus on troubleshooting electronics manufacturing equipment
Focus on productivity, safety, quality and cost improvements
Operate and diagnose equipment malfunction
Develop a working relationships with operators, engineers, facilities, sourcing, and maintenance teams
Act independently on projects and equipment using technical abilities
Develop skills to become a technology resource for the PCBA department and other production areas, as directed
Work individually and on teams to improve various areas of the department
Learn and use Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of production, equipment, tests, and product Qualifications/Requirements:
Associate’s Degree in Electronic Technology or technical field from an accredited college or universityEligibility Requirements:
Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required
Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, as required
Exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently
Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, as required
Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities
Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required
Be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time
Work a 2nd shift position Desired Characteristics:
