Role Summary:

This role is working in PCBA board test on 2nd shift.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Technician I, you will:

• Focus on troubleshooting electronics manufacturing equipment

• Focus on productivity, safety, quality and cost improvements

• Operate and diagnose equipment malfunction

• Develop a working relationships with operators, engineers, facilities, sourcing, and maintenance teams

• Act independently on projects and equipment using technical abilities

• Develop skills to become a technology resource for the PCBA department and other production areas, as directed

• Work individually and on teams to improve various areas of the department

• Learn and use Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of production, equipment, tests, and product Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Electronic Technology or technical field from an accredited college or universityEligibility Requirements:

• Work overtime, weekends and holidays, as required

• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, as required

• Exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently

• Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, as required

• Stand or sit for prolonged periods of time

• Work in a constant pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, bending and other physical activities

• Be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting, as required

• Be subjected to extreme heat for extended periods of time

• Work a 2nd shift position Desired Characteristics:
